The March of The Wild Larynx… and beyond

I need to document my life, to see where it is going, or remember how it got here. So I decided I will name every month so as to have some reference point.

For example last month I inhaled some cement dust, which lead to a case of laryngitis, followed by a sinus infection, followed by 1.5 weeks of coughing and stuffiness. It all lasted about 3 weeks and it set me back in my Calculus III precisely when I was attempting to bring it up to a new pace.

So while other things happened that month, in a month’s span this could count as a highlight (dramatically speaking) and therefore it makes a good name.

Now April is midway through and it has been a big challenge for me to distill it’s name from all of the myriad concerns. My aunt passed away, I longed to stay with my family, I grieved and faltered in math further. I believed I was going to be paid by Google to write code for Wikipedia, then learned that I might not (the day of decision is April 26th). I got mostly caught up in Calculus III and face test 3 on April 28th which is very decisive. I find out if I get in to Berkeley at the end of the month. This is a month of managing expectation to be sure. I think I should title it before the the 26th in order to capture the expectation rather than the results of these events.

I am going to think on it for a bit more.
